Very disappointed with the experience at this UPS Store. I accidentally put my own name on a package that was meant as a gift for my sister. Even though she had the tracking number, my authorization, and I was willing to provide any additional information needed, they refused to release it to her.
This was a small personal package (clothing items), not anything high-value or restricted. I understand the need for security, but the lack of flexibility and refusal to work with us at all was extremely frustrating. Especially when it was clearly a simple mistake and easily verifiable.
I was told it was “corporate policy,” but the experience felt unnecessarily rigid and unhelpful. Customer service should include some level of problem-solving, not just repeating policy with no attempt to assist.

I have used the UPS store many different times and am shocked at the way they treat customers. It didn't used to be this way a couple years ago. The last few times I've been there, the staff is so rude. There is one girl in particular who is incredibly abrupt and rude with customers. I tried to lighten the mood and asked her how she was doing in this crazy time and it made it worse. We all live in the same crazy world, it's sucks that this place makes it even worse for their customers. I will be going somewhere else from now on. UPS in Burley has definitely lost my business.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Not to mention the owner of the store was standing right there watching her employee treat me like im below both of them. They would not ship my packages for 1 because one wasn't taped and second i didn't have the shipping labels taped on. Which I would have gladly paid for a whole roll of tape. My time is just as important as theyres. So when I taped everything up like they wanted I made another trip over there and while I was waiting the same girl offered to tape up a package 3 times the size of the one I was there with previously and didn't charge her for it. I would rather pay for my return shipping with FedEx then ever step a foot in there again !!!

You would think with a 2.6 star rating and the only good reviews are submitted by employees that they would get a hint that their behavior is unacceptable! But they just keep on conducting business as they do. I had a prepaid label for a return from Amazon. A gift for my toddler that was defective. The lady at the desk sighed and told me it would be $2, I was confused as to why. She was going to charge me $2 because my box was not taped shut. I thought that might be included with a prepaid label, but regardless I went to my car to count some change because I had not planned on having to spend money to return a defective item, while I was standing at my car my toddler dropped a piece of paper on the ground. My hands were full of change and I was still standing right there with every intention of picking it up when an employee parked and was walking into the building and as she walked past me started berating me and asking me if I was going to pick up all my trash, I didn’t even make eye contact with this woman, she was just itching to pick a fight with someone and attacked me on her way inside. I asked her what her problem was and why she was being so rude, and that I was still standing right there, I hadn’t had a chance to pick it up yet and she started yelling at me that she didn’t want to be the one to have to pick it up. I have a toddler and my hands full with a package and change, you would think a business owner/employee would ask if maybe I needed help, or just kindly ask me to pick it up. Not berate me and yell at me. This isn’t the first rude interaction I’ve had here but the rudest by far and what prompted me to write a review.
