- LDLady Death99Aug 19, 20251.0I had to get a new phone. Old one needed to be shipped back for the insurance claim. Whoever does my Mail route never took the phone out of the mail box. Do your job or get a different one so a better employee can take your place.

Our lazy driver missed a package. delivered one, but then for our other package, marked that our property was not accessible because she didn't want to come back a second time that day. Very rude staff at the counter.

I have a business where there as been times I will bring 200+ packages in in 1 day and then there’s others days when I just bring in 1 package. Well of course she would complain when I would bring in the 200+ packages, and when I bring in just 1, she says with a smile on her face, “what are you sluffing off?” She should be more compassionate, anyone should understand that it sucks when business gets slow, and to just make fun of that is extremely rude and unprofessional!

I have been waiting for a delivery because I have no means of transportation and I have no one to take me to the post office. I have been tracking this package since I ordered it and I noticed that the package arrived at the post office this was in the early AM before they were open but 2 hours after they received it they had this displayed Held at Post Office, Retrieved from full parcel locker I noticed this at 10 AM so I called them and I was told that they don't deliver to my apartment complex because it was unsafe and I told the person they have delivered to me in the past and that I was home to receive it and she kept arguing with me that it was unsafe to deliver despite the fact that I was confirming I would be home to receive it she kept telling me I had to go pick it up even though I told her I have no way of getting there that's why I have things delivered to me. She then told me that the person delivering already left for deliveries and that they will have her deliver it tomorrow... I'm sorry but what the heck? How is it unsafe to deliver when the person is confirming the order number and confirming they will be home to receive it? Shouldn't they be doing this anyway with all Package deliveries to begin with? I feel like my Package is being held hostage because of where I live...I don't have a way to get to the post office. I am very unsatisfied with this service...
