- LDLady Death99Aug 19, 20251.0I had to get a new phone. Old one needed to be shipped back for the insurance claim. Whoever does my Mail route never took the phone out of the mail box. Do your job or get a different one so a better employee can take your place.

The package shows as an attempt was made and seems like the other one is lost. No attempt they always loose my stuff its so frustrating.

Whats the point in having a packaged delivered? I always try to avoid it going through them all the other delivery services have no problems getting them to the house
