  The worst experiences x 3. Placed hold on mail twice different dates. Both times they did not stop the hold. I had to go to the post office each time to pick up the held mail that was supposed to be delivered. The response I got both times was “okay I will let her know”. Third and most recent issue is changing my deceased daughter’s address over a month ago. Went in person and provided all the paperwork but did it get changed? No!!!! Absolutely unacceptable.

  The most laziest, disrespectful mail delivery I’ve ever had in on my Ring Doorbell. Mail lady throws our package at our door because she is upset since OUR lawn isn’t perfect enough for her to take a shortcut through and has dog poop on it when she shouldn’t even be cutting through our lawn in the first place and there was a perfectly clean sidewalk literally 4 feet from where you were walking, leading to our front door, which the mail box isn’t even at anyways so the package shouldn’t even of went where you through it so YOU LITERALLY MADE THE DECISION TO WALK TOWARDS DOG POOP IN OUR LAWN and you want to be mad at me for not giving you a perfect lawn to walk through? That’s laziness.

  So much for scheduled delivery. In less than a week I've had 3 packages that were supposed to be delivered. Often its 1-2 days later I get them. I know I often dont get my mail on some days when it's supposed to be delivered. If the work load is too much for the carrier they need to split up the route. This is becoming to frequent that the mail is unreliable. The people are polite but the service is becoming less than satisfactory.

  Very rude! They had delivered my package to an old address with a forwarding address, and instead of forwarding it they held on to it. Well, I went in to see what happened to my package. They said they had it, but that I would need to pay a "shipping" fee before they would give it to me. I was confused about why I would need to pay a second shipping fee and instead of explaining it to me, they ignored me and talked over the top of me to assist the people behind me. I had to call federal office to get them to give me my package that I payer for to be shipped in the first place! Again, incredibly disrespectful and rude. And if you ever ever call office number, plan on a minimum 45 min. wait... It's a small town, why!?
