Said they tried to deliver to my business but that it was closed which is untrue. I was sitting at work when “attempt” was made.

I’m pretty sure humans have legs. Idk who delivers to N Eagleson Rd, but GODDDAMNNNN!!!!! Are they lazy. I had. Car parked maybe on the verge of the bumper barely being next to my mail box. If you pulled in you could access easily. But nope…. This is now maybe the 5th time I’ve complained about this driver because again, there’s nothing blocking the mail box yet she claims there is. Humans have legs, I see mail personnel walking all around the city to deliver mail, so why with this ONE driver is it such an issue to walk

Extremely hot inside. Slow. Only one person helping. Mine took 30 seconds where as I waited for the 3 that cut. They weren’t ready w their packages. Then I’m told that’s not the line & luckily two nice ladies let me go because they knew I was there. Pay attention to whos in line so that you aren’t taking the wrong ones. Put up a sign. Line starts here! Glad I don’t do much business w usps. I’ll look for alternative on the future. It’s basically 20-30 minutes lost.

Rude for no apparent reason. I was trying to ask about the best way to drop off my postage since I'm a seller through eBay since business is getting bigger and I'm getting more orders. I was condescendingly told that I was wrong with how tracking works and I tried to politely explain how it works and that I was simply trying to see if there was a way they preferred these to go out since I have a lot now. And when I finally was tired and said that I wasn't sure he was understanding me he just went "Well then I guess don't understand at all then" in a rude way. I never got my concern answered because they just told me to drop things off wherever it said USPS and that it's all the same. But I had brought up concerns that stuff wasn't tracking right and some things were even lost when I dropped them off outside. Then he just rudely said "then just drop it off here then" Not my usual post office I go to but felt like they were being condescending because I'm a lot younger than most people who're at the post office.
