She is incapable of taking criticism and when facts are represented to her, all she can do is turn into a toddler and throw a tantrum and slam the window and go hide in her office because she knows that she’s not doing a good job as a manager and her employees aren’t doing what they should be doing. Ship with a private carrier and most importantly, do not get a PO Box at Overland Station if you’re some sort of administration at the postal office and you’re reading this, you need to do something about Katie.

They were already sealed inside the envelopes. She proceeded to bend and massage every single one of them, causing them to be severely damaged before being mailed. After which she said "as long as it fits through the slot and doesn't weigh too much it is only one stamp." Meaning the process was completely unnecessary and seemingly malicious. This is a photo I was shown from one of the receivers of my cards. This is my first and last time using this specific post office. Thanks for ruining Christmas for my long-distance friends and family.
