- SHSusan HongFeb 6, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this USPS location. I drove all the way there just to drop off a small return package, only to be told by the rude lady that I needed to tape my box. When I politely asked if I could borrow a small piece of tape, I was told I had to buy an entire roll. It’s surprising and disheartening that a basic courtesy—providing a single piece of tape—was refused. I didn’t tape the box beforehand because I assumed they might need to scan the barcode inside, and I expected a little guidance or flexibility. Instead, I was unable to complete my return and ended up wasting my trip. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of kindness and customer service over something so simple. Experiences like this make it very difficult to rely on this location for future mailing needs.

She was very rude to me, I wanted to mail a box to my brother that my mom accidentally sent to me, I just wanted some help on how to re-send it to him, the box was opened and she refused to help me tape it, she told me I could buy tape, which doesn’t make sense cause I mailed boxes before from USPS and they have helped tape my box. This lady was so rude and wouldn’t help me. So I walked out and went to the UPS store and they taped my box and everything, way nicer. I don’t recommend going to USPS cause this is the 2nd time someone was so rude to me to where I just walked out.
