The staff are friendly and helpful and the wait was not very long with a few people ahead of me. The self service kiosk is out of service so you have to go to the desk.

I was given the branch number by the 800 number and have called 6 times during business hours and it rings until it hangs up on me.

Can’t even talk to a human anymore. Can’t get a question answered and no option for it on the waiting line. Lol sheesh. I guess I’ll drive there cause this convenient thing called a phone is now harder to use than it ever needed to be lmao. 🤦

Good luck everyone getting help with anything. Phone number rings forever and hangs up. You’d think being this big of a company they would have some way to actually help their customers my god
