I asked for a refund she stated no. So Im going to call the UPS store corporate. I contacted the UPS department at this address for another employee keeping my merchandise and opening it, she had a nerve to state that she could not give me a refund. I want a full refund. I'm going to the Attorney Generals office myself. I contacted the police, they need to be help accountable. ALL of THEM!!!!
