Not only was this a major inconvenience, but the missed deadline also disrupted important plans. When a company offers guaranteed shipping, especially at a premium price, I expect them to honor that commitment—or at least communicate any issues in advance. I received no timely updates or explanations. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and will be reconsidering future business unless this is made right.
