    I dropped off a couple of packages here tonight and felt like I witnessed some true human kindness worth a Google review. Ivy was juggling several customers and a phone conversation with FedEx customer service. While I’m sure it was incredibly stressful, she handled it with superb grace. She definitely needs a raise. We also need more kind hearted people like Ivy in the world. Thank you for making holiday shipping efficient and joyous, Ivy!

    I am very impressed with the leadership team at this location. The manager Kayla and assistant manager Jack helped me with a issue, resolving it quickly and effectively. Their staff is also friendly and polite.
