EDIT: Staples promptly replied to this review. However, even at the time of their response, my scan request for my mail still remains pending. It's been pending for a week. Despite the employees response, they did not scan. This review is specifically about their ipostal service. iPostal is ranked the #1 digital mailbox platform on the market. I was excited to use this platform for my professional mailbox, versus a traditional PO Box. I have had nothing but issues with this service as ran by the staples employees. I run a law firm. There are numerous times when I receive a document in the mail that are of utmost importance. iPostal offers document scanning so I can immediately have a scanned copy of the document without having to wait for it to physically arrive in the mail. However, the delivery speed is dependent upon the staples employees. Below has been my experience so far: Sometimes the documents will get scanned and uploaded to ipostal within the hour. Bravo. I would consider that top tier service. However, half the time the scan request will set there unanswered. At one point I cancelled the scan request after it sat there for 6 days. This is absolutely unacceptable. I can't even claim it took them 6 days. I cancelled after 6 days of inaction. Even if I leave a message stating "judges order. please scan asap," the mail goes unscanned. There have been times when I tried cancelling my request and resubmitting to see if it would trigger a new notice for them. I cannot say this has worked for me. I have also submitted requests for my mail to be delivered to me and have also had to cancel after a week of no action. I don't believe their gives any importance to the ipostal mailboxes. I also had a package lost. At first the staff tried telling me that they never received a package for my law firm. When I presented them with tracking information, they changed their tone and found the missing package about 10 minutes later. The package was lost for over a week. It included very important documents from out of state clients in a federal case, and a cashier's check made out to DHS for thousands of dollars. This type of negligent oversight is non-acceptable for this type of matter. Its not acceptable for any matter at that. There was one other experience I wish to share. One a specific occasion I had 11 letters to be delivered to me. Staples ships my mail via Fedex. For some odd reason the employees did not place the 11th letter in the folder to be shipped to me that week. What did they do instead? They placed that 1 letter into an envelope alone. So I received two envelopes from Fedex the same day. One had 10 letters. The other had 1. Guess what they charged? $25 to ship each. I believe they forgot to include 1 and instead of opening the one they had sealed already, they just packaged it alone. I furiously contacted customer support and they were unsympathetic to their mistake. They did not correct their mistake. They did not issue a credit. I decided to take a loss and let it go. Sure, I could have written them a legally sound letter making sure they refunded my request but I decided my time was not worth the $25 loss. I want to reiterate that the ipostal service here is being ran by staples employees and not independent employees. Its amazing how a bad store can take the #1 rated company and make it seem so worthless. Why have I not cancelled the service yet? I want to more than you can imagine. I work with several different governmental agencies and it is a nightmare to change me address with them. Even after a change of address, they will continue sending mail to the old address, sometimes for a couple of years. That is why I still put up with this staples store's handling of the ipostal service. I absolutely do NOT recommend this service out of this location. If you have deadlines or you handle sensitive matters, your business will suffer due to the employee negligence. To corporate - You must do something about the negligence with this service. I highly recommend providing training to the employees.

Fine, but the rest room was not clean. The sink and toilet bowl looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time.

Clean store, fairly well staffed had to wait a bit for help but not too bad. The store is clean and fairly organized, and the employees were friendly. There's plenty of parking, but this location is difficult to access and is especially difficult to leave given it's right on the corner of Chinden and Eagle - there's basically one way out which is going south on Eagle and attempting to squeeze into eagle traffic.
