- CACandace ArnoldMar 18, 20262.0It’s bad that I’m coming from the ketchum PO and never left a bad review on them despite their staffing and other issues, but feel the need to now. We moved to Bellevue and have had nothing but negative experiences, mainly with one employee. The older lady that is either a manager or PM. She’s nothing but rude, short, and snippy with myself and my husband EVERY-TIME we’ve been there. Zero customer service and you are clearly a burden to her. Today, my husband rode his bike to get the mail, but because he didn’t have his key on him (it’s on his truck ring) she wouldn’t give him our mail. Whatever, I’m sure that’s policy even though she sees us every other day! She’s just a mean, hateful, unhappy lady.
