    Just a repeat of what has been said before. All I have ever experienced is lazy and unfriendly staff. I used to leave pre paid packages to be scanned later until I received an up charge when staff updated the dimensions of a single package. Plot twist, all of my packages are the same size.

    Looks like i am having the same issue as Many Many others....Post Office will Not Even Attempt to deliver any Amazon packages. I am right off of Brunner road. NOPE. They just slap a slip in the box and make you go pick it up yourself. Since i work Mon-Sat 8am- 5pm, i have NO way to pick it up. I have to bribe a relative, lol.

    ZERO STARS. Worst post office around. You would be better off paying for a private mailbox in a different city like Hayden/PF. What a disruption this has been for our family. They are constantly messing up packages, sending them back but occasionally forwarding them… so unhelpful and front desk is rude. Can you say government funded????

    I'm writing this out pure frustration. The office ladies have always been helpful. Even when I call. Today, however, I called after receiving texts saying no authorization to deliver mail. I called saying they placed my mail on a 10 day hold because one of the household receiptants had moved, and their mail was marked wrong address return to sender no longer at this address. When I called, the 10 day hold was explained. When I tried to clarify the situation, repeatedly, I was spoken over and then tried to hang up. I again tried to explain that there was no reason this, and I would like my mail to be delivered from the last few days and the receiptants' email to be forwarded or returned to sender. Hopefully, they will have a better day, and they can continue their great service we have always received. 💙
