- DPDouglas PearsonOct 24, 20252.0I’ve not had much luck with these guys. I had an Amazon package arrive, and it said that it was brought to the location of the address. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I ask why they didn’t deliver it at the physical address they said it had PO number on it. He had it didn’t it had a physical address on it. Then I was told it was too heavy It was 17 pounds I guess that’s too heavy. I wasn’t sure. Again today, I had another package delivered to the physical address on my package and Amazon package. Yeah, it didn’t get delivered They put it in a PO Box there isn’t even a PO Box on my package. When I mention that to the gal, she said well next time, we’ll Returned it sender??????? Wow, all I wanted to know was why they wouldn’t send it to a physical address She just threatens to send it back instead of doing her job as a postal clerk. I don’t have any clue what her name was, but she was pretty rude
- JHJuelisa HinesJun 17, 20241.0The Clerks are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, however, the postal carrier is very lazy. I used to work for USPS. The only time I did NOT deliver a package was if there was a signature required with no one home or a dangerous dog. This carrier doesn’t even write a name on the package pickup slip…at an RV park! If a package doesn’t fit in the mailbox, she will NOT dismount. Thanks for the BLANK yellow card.
