There is often a line of more than 10 people waiting to drop off or have a print job done, and they only have one person running the print shop counter. I had intended to purchase a graphing paper pad for drafting use, but priced at $19.99, I opted to go to Target and buy the loose leaf graph paper that is hole punched for $3.49.

- EGElisa GeeDec 20, 20251.0I came to return an Amazon item at this Staples. When I entered the store, one of the cashiers asked if I was doing an Amazon return and directed me to the line. There were 10-12 people in the line and one older gentleman who was working with the returns. There were 2 cashiers at the front checkout where there were no customers. I saw at least 2 other workers come to the front checkout. I waited for about 15 minutes and only 1 person had completed their return. I left at that point and will go to UPS instead. Amazon makes this sound like a quick process, but it was not. I realize that it's right before Christmas and a busy time, but it seems as if more help could have been sent to the only area in the store where there were people waiting.

I was definitely more of a complicated customer and there were issues with my files but she was able to get everything sorted out. 10/10!! Thank you!
