- TTTori TracyAug 15, 20241.0Extremely disappointed with this PO. Both of my parents are deceased. I was in there about a month ago to close their PO Box and have their mail forwarded to my address. I provided death certificates and my appointment as Executor and completed the mail forwarding form. I have received no forwarded mail AND am getting calls that mail is being returned to sender. I spoke to a gal who said the forward was deleted and gave the phone to Eric. He was rude, disrespectful and didnt care that this happened and could not provide a reason. My option is to go on line and complete all again or go into the Winterset office again. I live in Florida. His attitude and customer service sucks and USPS should be ashamed of this employee.

At 2377 Francesca Ave. Our mail carrier is a woman, a gentleman before her has since retired, and RaeJean McDonald whom has also left. I am sorry I don’t know her name, carrying for us now; she is so friendly and helpful. I can’t always get out of the house; if we have packages she will bring them to our back door. I invited her to place them in the entryway if it is raining. I am thankful for our postal workers!!
