Eric Wilson was unbelievably disrespectful and rude to my wife on the phone because the carrier that we have has lost two of our packages that are very important and we are on day 3 of not getting our packages because of this. I called back in to talk to him myself and tell him he needs to not be disrespectful and rude to my wife that this isn’t our fault and it’s very frustrating. This Eric Wilson then told me to call him when I don’t make any mistakes and he’ll be waiting. I went on to tell him I make mistakes but I fix them immediately and do what ever it takes to fix them. I then told him I will bring the bill for these items when I reorder them and he told me that I’d be wasting my time and he wouldn’t do anything. All I ended up with from this call was an extremely disrespectful and ignorant Eric Wilson telling me this isn’t his fault and he’s too busy to do anything about his carrier’s mistake. It just blows my mind how disrespectful, degrading, ignorant, and just plain rude this Eric Wilson was to my wife and I. A customer who is missing their stuff because of a mistake made by your employee should be treated with respect and kindness because this is your fault and we are supposed to trust the postal service to deliver our extremely important items.
