- TBThomas BreedDec 14, 20241.0Not only were the staff unhelpful and unfriendly, shortly after I walked in at 11:50am on a Saturday to mail some Christmas gifts, I was asked if I knew they closed at noon. Horrible treatment from the staff there. They made me feel as if I was a complete inconvenience to service.

They throw out mail if they don't want to deliver it or forward it ! Lazy crew! They don't forward mail hardly at all so if you have something important forget it you wont get it! Fire this crew!

I was short changed by the dude an they charged me for the po box box I was supposed to get because I don't receive mail at my home! I paid 48 dollars a month before I found out I wasn't supposed to pay so I guess that was pocketed? When I complained to City Hall I was told they couldn't help me! I believe I should be reimbursed for the money I paid for 2 years! To bad we couldn't of gotten friendlier replacements but, we didn't! How come they lose mail all the time? I wouldn't dare send gift cards threw this post office!
