I had to return for Amazon and the only option was to drop it off at the UPS store supposedly for free. I luckily had a box and I printed off the label, but they charged me a $1 for the tiny bit of packing tape. I’m actually more irritated about the rudeness than The dollar For tape.

The service is always great, and the store is operated by a wonderful family who are always kind and friendly, especially the mom and dad!! I read some of the other reviews and it seems obvious to me that some people are 'projecting' their own nonsense onto these wonderful people!
