- SLSherri LittletonApr 17, 20265.0I frequent this store because it’s close to my house. The ladies that work there are always friendly and helpful to me. I’ve had to print some things and ship some packages. I don’t mind the $2 tape fee when I forget to tape my package, it’s cheaper than driving home to tape it myself. I’ve seen a few crazy people come into their store and I have to say they handle them pretty well despite their bad reviews.

I went in for an Amazon return and was unexpectedly charged $52.00 for packaging and tape—something that was never clearly explained upfront. That kind of surprise cost is unacceptable, especially for a simple return. The customer service from Angenette and the owner, Satay, was extremely disappointing. There was no effort to explain the charges, no willingness to help, and the overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up contacting Amazon directly, and thankfully they resolved the issue—but that shouldn’t have been necessary. This experience reflects poorly on both UPS and Amazon. @UPS – you need to take a serious look at how this location is being managed. @Amazon – I strongly urge you to reconsider partnering with this store for returns. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.

And workers proceed to trash Amazon and say they do not care about anything else and then proceed to say they just work here for the money never come to this place go to Whole Foods to return this! Disappointed with this store and the manger there with the blond hair needs to be let go immediately.

The employee there was so fabulous. He very carefully packed everything and all items made it safely. I’m sure it was a lot of work, but I very much appreciate all the care. Thank you so much!
