  This ups branches is very bad employee I don’t remember her name she is bad worker I was was there drop off earlier morning she doesn’t even talk to me she doesn’t know how to treat customers she not good at all I just walk out don’t go this place!

  DO NOT go to this location. I was treated poorly and discriminated against by some racist female employee who worked there on 10/11/2025. I brought in a box with an item and my box wasn’t taped up. The lady said it would cost me $2 for tape. I told her I’ve never been charged for tape when I would go to the UPS store. She goes on to say in a rude way that different owners have different rules. I walked out the store and sat in my car. I then saw a white female walk into the store with a box that wasn’t taped up. She came out and I asked her if she was charged for the tape. She said no. I went back into the store and asked the lady why she didn’t charge the other lady for tape. She went on to say it was because the lady had an Amazon return and that I had a UPS return. I told her I didn’t really understand. She then responded in a rude and nasty manner and said well it’s not that hard to understand. I told her I felt discriminated against. She started to call me stupid and I told her to not talk to me like that and then she proceeds to call me a psycho and starts pointing her finger in my face. She started yelling and telling me to get out of her store. She stated that she was calling the cops and I told her I was calling the cops as well because she was acting like a racist. THAT LADY NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!

  This store could be helpful if they were open when they stated their hours were. Doors says 0700 start for a Tuesday. Google stated 0800. I showed up at 0805 with no lights and no employees.

  Absolutely DO NOT use this place! Sadly we paid for a 1 year contract for our business P.O. box. They constantly give our mail to other people, and regularly give us other people's mail. Mail takes weeks to be sorted that the tracking shows was delivered to this store. Several times, we have been there asking for a package that we can see on the shelf and the employees "can't find it". They "accidentally" over charged us for the P.O. box. They have typed in the wrong address on packages we are shipping and it cost us shipping x2 each time because some how its our fault even though the address we have written and visable on the box is correct. The employees are RUDE and slow. While returning an amazing package that required a box, the employee cut open the box to verify the return, then tried to charge me to retape the box she had just cut open! When I said no, she told me to take it home and tape it myself. They use to have fantastic service. Now, it is bad everytime. The store is dirty and there is mail piled all over the place, including a few times it was piled infront of the counter for anyone to take. Absolutely no response to our many complaints. We are going to deal with the hassle of changing our business mailing address just to avoide this place.
