- RSRobert SmithJun 19, 20251.0Waukee post office is beyond horrible. Had to stop doing medications through the mail after I didn't get 3 different orders. Different places say they sent pieces of mail to me and I never received them. Don't know who my postman is, but he's either extremely lazy, overworked and can'tdo his job properly, or has a thing against me. Any time I go to the post office, they just say there's nothing they can do about it. I've got a good idea why the government has to spend billions to bail USPS out all the time. Anything I need delivered to me, I avoid USPS. I'd give a zero but I can't.

Was told by many that he wants to destroy the post offices, then gut it and then sale it to his rich rich friends for enormous profits that we have never seen.
- JAJacob AugeOct 5, 20211.0If a 0 star was possible I would. Absolutely disgusting service. A larger guy was working the counter. I was having trouble with a not so simple box. I asked him for help to make sure I did it right. He then tells me “Well the instructions are on the box.” I then retry and the boxes instructions still weren’t clear enough. He wouldn’t help me use the box and still made me pay for it. This is disgusting. My taxes shouldn’t be paying for someone to be rude and not do his job. Disgusting and I wish him nothing good in this world.
