  Worst experience ever, agent asked us if Canada was in the united states... was trying to ship to canada... left went to Cedar Rapids facility

  Paid extra for 2-3 days shipping. Got to the location at 3 days...then was told they wont deliver it for another 3. If I wanted 6 day delivery I would have gone to the USPS for 30% of the price.

  Teri Gordon store manager was the absolutely nicest and most helpful person I have ever spoke to at FedEx. Give her a raise , because of her I ditched staples for my printing needs.
