The staff that is there is trying to do the best they can with what they got. Expect a 15 minute wait in line. No public bathrooms. The air quality is stuffy especially in the summer.

Though I think it is important to realize that the people working at the counter, probably aren't the ones in control of how many people work there. Do not take out your frustrations on people trying to do their jobs.
