This place is due for a makeover. The parkinglot could use some love.
They are short staffed. The staff that is there is trying to do the best they can with what they got.
Expect a 15 minute wait in line.
No public bathrooms. The air quality is stuffy especially in the summer.

I have been trying to get ahold of a real person for 20 minutes. That little computer thing is incompetent. If I could give them zero stars I would

The workers are always extremely friendly and are helpful. Unfortunately they are extremely understaffed. Though I think it is important to realize that the people working at the counter, probably aren't the ones in control of how many people work there. Do not take out your frustrations on people trying to do their jobs.

For a "mail delivery service" they never actually deliver any of my packages... package doesn't fit in my mail box?.. just drop at my door then maybe? I don't know I guess taking 15 steps from their car to the front door is too much work for a government employee, so I'm stuck driving out to pick up my own stuff at inconvenient times and days.
