  Would NOT use this place for shipping. Ive lost 100's of dollars in items being delayed or not even shipped. Not sure what the disconnect with shipping is but would find another shipper if you consider staples.

  Messed up stuff just laying all around the store probably not going back, low on staff but the staff that was there were very nice and friendly

  Horrible cutomer service. Good luck getting someone on the phone. In store is absolutely a joke customer service is non existent

  I almost never write reviews, and don’t often go into staples but had to do an Amazon return that I could not take to UPS. I brought the item in, in the shipping packaging it originally came in from Amazon. The man at the counter acted irritated from the second I walked up. Didn’t say a word when I greeted him, just looked at the two returns and back at me like I was stupid. I assumed I had them packaged incorrectly and expressed my apologies. He just muttered that I didn’t have them packaged right at all while. He yook the first return out of the box I had it set in and put it in a bag. Picked up the box and looked around of where he would put it so I offered to take it back with me. He handed it to me without saying a word. He continued by taking my second item out of the Amazon bag it was shipped in, put it in a plastic bag and then finished scanning my barcode. He was visibly irritated the entire time only speaking when he could be condescending or make me feel stupid and moving slowly as to passively aggressively show me there were better things he would rather be doing with his time. I proceeded to take the receipt he set on the counter and as I was turning to leave he shoved the Amazon packaging bag at me and said “take this to”. I asked if he was able to just throw it away and he said “ no garbage”. As if there was no garbage anywhere to be found in the entire store. None of this would have bothered me to do, as I brought it in incorrect packaging and that was my fault, but it was 100% the delivery and his choice to act annoyed and absolutely rude for no reason.
