After a detailed Demonstration from the sales lady I drove to 30 miles one way to My husband opened the box to take it out and plug it in and set it up for me, and the printer that was in the box was not even the printer that I purchased. I put it back in the car and drove all the way back to return it. Was previously very kind and very nice was now very rude. Very disrespectful. I said there’s nothing she could do about it. She could not return it. Obviously it’s used in dirty and I said Is why I am returning it because it is not the product I purchased. It is not covered by Visa guaranteed because I paid cash for it and she was very disrespectful. Kept looking me up and down as if I stole from the store as she knows I didn’t. She was the sales lady. I tried to contact corporate, and their phone line is not working and none of the extensions work I will never shop at the store again don’t waste your time to waste your money. The customer service is horrible and you will be true like a thief!

I’ve tried to buy a new office chair on two separate occasions and every time they have a posted sale price and when you get to register it rings up normal price. They are also in such a hurry that they hope you don’t realize you are not getting a discount. When you call them out they say they forgot to take the sign down . Shop Staples for a bait and switch experience at the consumers dollar

This store just needs to close. Amazon returns are funding this store right now without they would be dead. Noone shops here cuz the store is a mess and employees are rude and not helpful. Half the products arent labeled correctly and its a bother to employees to ask for a price. Also they stop doing amazon returns early. So now I gotta make an extra trip to return. Definitely not coming back

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way my mail is being handled.
Today, February 1st, I finally received a letter dated January 15th. This was official state correspondence. Because of your delay, I am now being forced to respond urgently and deal with consequences that were not caused by me. This is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, while opening my mail at your location, I discovered that you also handed me another person’s correspondence. Thankfully, I noticed immediately while reviewing my mail — otherwise I would have taken someone else’s private documents with me. This is a serious breach of trust and privacy.
This is not a small mistake. This is negligence.
At this point, this has become a recurring problem, and I am tired of dealing with the consequences of your lack of organization. When exactly do you plan to fix this ongoing disaster in mail handling?
Unfortunately, this city offers very limited alternatives, otherwise I would have already changed services. But please be clear: this situation cannot continue. People depend on timely and accurate delivery, especially when it involves state documents.
