Took 30 minutes just to get someone to even help us, woman in mask with arm sling proceeded to be rude when the person I was with was simply trying to explain what was going on when we were trying to print car insurance cards. She literally told the person I was with "you can just stop talking!" It was absolutely unnecessary, rude, disrespectful and honestly disgusting. I have worked customer service most of my life and I have never delt with anyone as rude and unprofessional as this person, including from a customer. I would never EVER tell a customer to stop talking or to shut up, especially when they are simply just trying to explain what was going on with their printer not working correctly. The whole place is a complete mess and safety hazard. Never coming back here
