I've never so much as had an employee smile at me. They treat you like a huge inconvenience the moment you walk in the door. Trying to send an international package? Get ready for attitude! Want to ask for a price difference between different shipping options? Eyerolls all around! I'm happy that UPS opened a store front here in town.
