There really should be a zero star option when posting reviews. The staff is here unbelievably rude, grouchy and disgruntled. Is that a requirement to work here? I've never so much as had an employee smile at me. They treat you like a huge inconvenience the moment you walk in the door. Trying to send an international package? Get ready for attitude! Want to ask for a price difference between different shipping options? Eyerolls all around! I'm happy that UPS opened a store front here in town.

Staff is usually rude. It always seems like you are a hassle to them by even setting foot in the door, especially if you want to send an international package. Half the time they don't understand how to actually enter info in their computers, and they will always be upset with you if you go up to the counter without a customs claim already filled out... except they don't offer the customs claims paperwork somewhere to grab before you go up to the counter. You would think in a town like this they would know how to handle international shipments. It's a shame that this post office is the only local place to go in to ship something. I avoid going in here if I can help it. Hey, stopped here again to send an international package and here are my thoughts.. again. It seriously must be a requirement to hate life to work at this post office. Despite the fact that this town is full of immigrants, they never have customs forms easily available to send internationally. It's also apparently a huge hassle that they have to provide you a form. And then they give you the wrong form with no information and make you fill it out all over again. Rude rude rude customer service. No wonder the USPS has trouble making enough money to stay open when they hire people like that. I'm glad that another UPS store opened up here, I'm never coming back to this office if I can help it.
