For this location in particular, why in the world would you put "walk-in available 1:30pm-2:30pm" on your website, if it's actually entirely subjective availability and up to the discretion of some useless government "agent" at the facility. Complete waste of time. The agent was even 15 minutes late for someone else that was waiting in line with me for their own appointment. Horrible service. Waste of space. Waste of taxpayer money funding this broken agency and slow, incompetent employees.

That gets mad at me for not having the lable tapped on the box. Telling me they wont accept it if I don't tape it. The other usps kindly take it the table from me and tape it for me.

It would have been nice to be informed during the two days that passed since l made the appointment (which I should not have been able to make in the first place, since it was going to be closed).
- MDMark DavisMar 2, 20261.0Any time I see usps as the Carrier for my package I immediately expect it to be late at least two or three days, they aren’t very good at answering phone calls either. Anytime I see USPS delivering my package I’m just gonna cancel the order. I’m sure many people are just as fed up with usps and their bs.
