- LPLindsey PojarApr 4, 20261.0Was helped by a maybe 13 year old kid at the counter. Was very rude. Plus, charging money for taping my package (three short pieces of tape). Ridiculous.
- AKAustin KMar 21, 20261.0While the store staff is helpful and the printscan machine is a third party service. The staff was fully aware that the machine was damaged and did not warn me before I started the process making it so that I will most likely be charged for the fingerprinting service that I was unable to even start.
- LRL RossFeb 27, 20261.0Since UPS stopped taking packages at the terminal and the UPS store is the only option to ship with UPS I guess I'll never ship UPS again! Anytime I have ever stopped there there is a line of 10 people at least. And everybody must be doing Amazon returns because it takes forever. My packages are labeled and ready to go. And the guy that runs this place acts like you're totally offending him if you don't want to "wait for a receipt" and just drop it off. Now I'm kind of concerned and not sure that I shouldn't go back and grab my package void the label and ship it with USPS or Fedex. I have never had this problem with FedEx and always have it here.

I did not know their new taping policy as I haven’t been there in months The label was already printed by the store associate so I said I’d go get tape. I came back and they threw the label away. If we’re charging for tape, why waste a label. Keep it short term then toss it. How else would it be shipped? To be bluntly rude to someone for not knowing of a new policy is uncalled for. Also maybe she remember who is the customer and how to treat them. I was in no way rude to her or the other young boy. Everyone who came in, walked out frustrated because it was news to them too. And if I’m so rude, why did I offer tape to another frustrated customer. Never again will I go back.
