I made a passport appointment last month. The day before they called and cancelled with no explanation or apology. Cut to today, when I made another appointment, I showed up 5 min late and apologized and the woman at the counter was so rude! Immediately said they would not see me because they were booked out all day. She would not even let me speak to the actual passport employee. I was the only customer in the building. I went to the North Sioux City location immediately afterwards, where they were so kind and willing to see me as a walk in. Wish I could give them 0 stars honestly.

I am tracking my package. It was supposed to be delivered by 8:30pm tonight after several delays. Then I receive a notice that my package was sent back to Sioux Falls! I am so disgusted. I sure hope I get it eventually. It was not a cheap purchase! Our UPSP IS SO BAD! After posting the above review yesterday, I have now received my package. It was actually delivered within the time it was supposed to be delivered. I appreciate that very much. I am changing my star review from 1 to 4.

I'm sure other staff is great, but the woman who I spoke to at this post office was incredibly snarky and rude. I'm not sure that customer service is for her; she should stick to back of house where she does not interact with people. I have never had such a bad experience at any place of business. Zero stars if I could, simply because of this rude front desk worker.
