I only give 1 star so I could give them a bad review, otherwise 0. I have put a hold on my mail 3 times this summer. Only once did they actually stop delivering when I did stop and start again. Then I went and picked up my stopped mail at the P.O. and 2/3rds of the mail was not mine. The other 2 times on stop deliveries, they delivered the mail, late as always, and this last time I even called the 800 number and they sent them an email to go and pickup the packages they delivered. NO ACTION on Sioux City P.O. part. I have been down to the P.O.and talked to supervisors and nothing has been done. The last time I waited 20 minutes and finally told the women at the windows no one has showed up. When they did show she smelled of cigarette smoke so that tells me they were out back smoking like I have seen them before. Thought you couldn't smoke on Federal Property. Maybe the Post Office should be privatized like this administration wants. You can bet if I am paying to ship something it won't be with the P.O. ZERO STARS.
