- LRLinette RossFeb 27, 20261.0Since UPS stopped taking packages at the terminal and the UPS store is the only option to ship with UPS I guess I'll never ship UPS again! Anytime I have ever stopped there there is a line of 10 people at least. And everybody must be doing Amazon returns because it takes forever. My packages are labeled and ready to go. And the guy that runs this place acts like you're totally offending him if you don't want to "wait for a receipt" and just drop it off. Now I'm kind of concerned and not sure that I shouldn't go back and grab my package void the label and ship it with USPS or Fedex. I have never had this problem with FedEx and always have it here.

I did not know their new taping policy as I haven’t been there in months The label was already printed by the store associate so I said I’d go get tape. I came back and they threw the label away. If we’re charging for tape, why waste a label. Keep it short term then toss it. How else would it be shipped? To be bluntly rude to someone for not knowing of a new policy is uncalled for. Also maybe she remember who is the customer and how to treat them. I was in no way rude to her or the other young boy. Everyone who came in, walked out frustrated because it was news to them too. And if I’m so rude, why did I offer tape to another frustrated customer. Never again will I go back.

Yadira Is a star on this team and should be recognized as such. I do not have words to thank her for all of the help that she gave me. What could be considered a chore was a seamless and stress-free interaction.

Alexa goes the extra mile and Tim is super nice! I really like this store. Prices are on spot. Getting in & out, even when busy, Is still pretty quick!!! Really great experience.
