  The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I went to the store to return some items which I bought from Amazon. And the lady at the counter scan my items and gave me the receipt for all items. For someone reason she didn’t scan all the items properly and l got half refund from Amazon. The next day I went back to the store to ask them if they can fix it. They don’t even give me a chance to explain and told me that I have to talk to the Amazon and they were nothing to do with my return and couldn’t help me. Then , I talked to Amazon and they told me that the Mistake was made at Staples when they scan an item they didn’t scan all items. Then, I called Staples if they can help me. They told me again they are nothing to do with Amazon return even though the mistake was on their side. And said No. Horrible experience. Rude and unprofessional customer service. I would never ever go to this store for life. Be aware!

  I came by to make purchases to reduce my use of Amazon. I have a service dog that assists me with my asthma. She was harnessed, leashed, and in her carrier that was on my shoulder. Immediately upon entering the young lady at the counter called out "Dogs are not allowed in here!" She never asked if she was a service dog or not. There are no signs that dogs are allowed. We were trying to figure out how to leave and instead of giving direction she just walked out and around the front. I am not going to sit and argue with anyone. I will happily leave and purchase what I need at Amazon, Walmart, etc. The website says that, collectively, dogs are welcomed as long as they are leashed. At the end, though, my greatest issue was because of how rude she was and not confirming if my dog was a service dog.

  Their print and marketing department is a hot mess right now. Poor service. The final product was fine but the process was highly unprofessional and unorganized.
