She was warm and friendly yet capable and professional, even when she had to explain that the printer used for larger images today was malfunctioning and that it would be a day or 2 to complete my job. Amanda knows how to meet the public, I know, I had a business and found how important it is to have that person at the front desk that is the "face" of your business.
