I was supposed to receive a package from my mom in Shen on Monday at my home in TN and as of yesterday I hadn't received it yet. I had to go through 30 minutes of different channels until I finally got with said woman on the phone at the Shenandoah post office. She was super kind and helpful, even though I know me not having a tracking number was irritating. She took my phone number and said she would look into it. Not even 10 min later she called me back and had the tracking number for me and told me exactly where my package was! I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a proper thanks, so I hope this gets to her. Thank you so much whoever you are! You saved me and my mom a lot of worrying before we set out on our vacation!
