- DDDrakeMay 8, 20244.0Had a misconception occur with wrong package double labeled with my own and original owners address. Called up to get clarification twice and were very responsive and cordial. I would like to be able to have my own mail box at my place of residence though or have city take care of clearing snow since we don't have choice but have a mailbox with everyone but they informed me it isn't their fault.

If you want to send or receive mail reliably or want to be treated with respect for the 20 seconds it takes to mail something then this is not the place for you. I think everyone in the area can agree that there are some major issues with the Rock Valley Postal Service.
