- JHJim Harp6 days ago5.0I have had a great relationship with the staff at Polk City. I'm surprised to see reviews that call them rude and unhelpful. I always try to project a smile and positive attitude. Perhaps if one comes in with a chip on their shoulder, the response is less satisfying?
