Whomever is leaving the positive reviews clearly works for the postal (dis)service....Someone else's mail in my box daily, mail gets crumpled up when shoved into the box, and when bigger items arrive that don't fit in the box, they leave a card saying to stop in when they are open to pick up the item instead of leaving it in a larger parcel box with a key (which they have plenty of). And the big problem is they are only open from 10-2 m-f, and for 1 1/2 hrs on saturday. For a person that works 7-4:30, plus weekends, this is HORRIBLE service. UPDATE: After posting this review 2 years ago, it has only been worse. Mail being held for days, wrong people's mail in my box, larger items not being placed in parcel lockers, and releasing MY mail to unknown individuals. What they are doing at this location is against the law and I sincerely hope DOGE goes after the USPS next !!
