Part of the city of Oxford is able to use personal mailboxes on/by their properties. The rest of of us are required to use PO boxes in the post office. We moved to Oxford in September 2017 and had no issues at all with the post office between that time and our house burning down in August 2019. The staff was always helpful when we needed to go in for something. They used the parcel lockers for all of our deliveries that would fit in them. Since returning to Oxford after our house was rebuilt, we have had nothing but trouble with the post office staff. The biggest issue is that our work schedules allow us to go in during the post office's business hours once a month at best. In order to go more frequently than that, one of us has to miss work. This is causing massive problems that they do not care about because they refuse to use the parcel lockers for our deliveries. Because our schedules are so full, we utilize delivery services for our household items like toiletries, cleaning supplies, pantry foods, dog food, etc. The post office staff just holds all of our packages in the back so we can't get them. The first time they did this it took several weeks before we were able to get them even though there were open parcel lockers on multiple occasions during that time frame. All but two of the packages they were holding would have fit in the parcel locker. I was so upset that I measured all of them. That was our laundry detergent, our toddler's vitamins, my morning sickness supplements, etc that they were holding for no good reason. This same problem has repeatedly since then. Of all the packages they've refused to put in the parcel locker despite us leaving notes in our PO box that all but beg the staff to use the lockers because of our schedules, less than 10 of them wouldn't have fit in the lockers. Instead, we've gotten snarky notes back telling us to have our neighbors get our packages for us. It's completely unacceptable for them to expect us to inconvenience our neighbors because they're too lazy to do their jobs. I wish the people who used to staff the post office would return. They were worth of a 5 star review.

I was supposed to have two packages delivered to my front door and I only got one of them and they marked the other package as they couldn’t deliver. I was home when they hand delivered to me. Why didn’t they hand me my other package. Now I am having to jump through hoops to get my other package. Can’t seem to get ahold of anyone at the office either
