The people who provide service at the counter at the Oskaloosa Post Office are very pleasant and helpful. I look forward to taking my packages to our local post office. Professional and friendly.

Went into the post office to figure out what is going on with my packages because they were supposed to show up a week ago and a man there all he could tell me was it was China's fault saying my package was coming from China and that it would take longer even though all my packages are coming from the US and he kept arguing with me arguing with me and arguing with me any kept telling me that it was a China tracking number even though he couldn't even find the tracking number in his database and kept saying that it would be FedEx and then saying it was China and a whole bunch of random stuff and then when I get home I get a slip in my mailbox that says I am being charged for that package that I went in there to get and asked where it was so not very happy and this is not the first time every time I go in there everyone there is very rude there is one lady there that is very nice besides that everyone is rude

If I could give a -1 star review I would. Absolutely the worst post office I have ever seen. Postal drivers constantly drive through my yard and leave ruts. After asking the carrier to stop doing it he retaliates against me and refuses to deliver my packages with lies about my dogs which he never had an issue with before. Now I have to constantly go the the post office and retrieve my packages. I might as well get a P.O. Box it’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
