If I could give a -1 star review I would. Absolutely the worst post office I have ever seen. Postal drivers constantly drive through my yard and leave ruts. After asking the carrier to stop doing it he retaliates against me and refuses to deliver my packages with lies about my dogs which he never had an issue with before. Now I have to constantly go the the post office and retrieve my packages. I might as well get a P.O. Box it’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.

I've lived in Oskaloosa for 35 years and have never had an issue with home mail delivery or service in the center. I've seen some bad reviews on here, and just want to balance the scales, so to speak. It's probably a thankless job, so I'll take this chance to say "Thank you!"

The carriers constantly throw my packages at my door and I have a video of them doing it today(7/6/2025) of the most recent occurrence and I have posted a picture of the outside of how the package looks. Thank goodness this one delivery wasn’t breakable but think if it was. It will not let me post the video this is why this is not posted

Some of the desk clerks lack customer service skills. Nice to their friends and if they don’t recognize you, scowl rather than smile. They would not even offer a piece of tape to mail a package to hold down a piece of paper, and pointed to a $4 roll on the counter.
The male employee, has been there for years, is the worst. Always appears to hate his job.
They always look miserable, and hate when you ask for something extra like stamps.
