    For about 5 years I have lived here and I have never ever seen so many packages misplaced in my life. Considering I am always very patient with this I have decided to leave it alone when they don't give me options. I have literally reordered so many packages that the post office has just misplaced and probably given to somebody else. The answers are usually get are "well hopefully somebody is honest andreturns it you." I am also every few months accidentally opening packages or letters (important one with private info such as insurance, DHS, bills, HIPAA information) that belonged to someone else leading to me having to write an apology note and deliver the mail to them myself. The other issue is even when I know that the postal service has no other option and cannot bring a package into my building (even though everywhere but Norwalk has done this) there is an incredibly rude man that always seems like he is tired of dealing with me. I always hope that the woman that is over there answers. Once the man answers I am immediately stressed as he has never had one kind tone or word to say. I try to be polite and he cuts me off. I try to say that I understand something and he just repeats himself like that fixes my issue. I will still have questions unanswered because I don't like to deal with the bullying and need to leave the conversation to keep from being mean back. Sometimes people don't know what you are capable of company wise until there is a conversation and he seems to be very exasperated with that. Even if you tell me three times that there is a pink slip in my mailbox that has information on a missed delivery... Doesn't mean that there is actually a pink slip in my mailbox and I am not lying to you sir. I just wanted to know when I can pick it up and it didn't need to be a whole thing where we end up having a negative encounter again. I am sorry if you had a bad day and I understand the struggle with the holidays. I appreciate your call back but it was already handled and I know the details hours before you called which I told you. You could have just hung up, but I get that you probably needed to argue and hang up to relieve frustrations. Maybe try some kindness though because we all are having bad days and struggles.     This is one of the worst post office's at answering their phone. If you go to the automation system, it takes forever to get to the correct post office. If you use the direction number, no one answers and yes, it is during business hours. I do understand that they're busy doing other things however, I had called three days in a row, three different times during the day and still did not get an answer. That is unacceptable. They do not show everything on their website. I'm not able to see how much of money order cost on their website and I understand prices change, but it would save me a trip in, save them time if somebody would just answer the phone. Takes two minutes to answer my question, it takes 5 to 10 minutes or more to get somebody to the front desk, just to answer my question. Disappointing.

    I only sat those matches on the desk because of the poor customer service from the girl today. I'm reporting her too.

    I visited this location to process my children's passports, and I was very satisfied with the customer service my family and I received. The staff was respectful and professional at all times. The process was also very simple and quick—it was practically in and out. Thank you for the great service!
