- RSRyan SmothersMar 18, 20261.0I live in a complex where we have a communal mailbox, three times in the past week my items have been put into a package slot but the postman HAS NOT PUT THE KEY IN MY SLOT. One package sat in there for 5 days until it finally got opened, once it did it had my three missing packages right there. Phone number is a robot that gives you a runaround. Email and website keeps telling me are records say it was delivered so..... And offer no help. I'm pissed

She laid out what steps they would take to fix it as well as asking clarifying questions. 5/5 customer service, the 4 star includes the fact that it was an issue, but otherwise wonderful customer service!
