- AEAndrew EvansMar 13, 20261.0Whatever you do do not use this service, they will judge you based on whether they know you or not if they choose to deliver. The situation is so bad I filed a complaint with the Inspector General to do a full audit of this location. Stay away and use a different service I have work in town and need equipment. I travel across America and have never had an issue with the USPS choosing not to deliver because they did not know my name, three times they rejected delivery to me when I asked why they simply stated they literally did not recognize my name so they chose to send it back with no redelivery attempts.
