When their is a line of 6 people to send returns back and the print person keeps waiting on print customers and returns at the print station instead of waiting on the line that has been there the longest is really frustrating and then does not bother to help a customer find a QR code that is hidden for another return and just throws up their hands and says, I can’t return something that I’ve already scanned! Very rude and unprofessional. If I had any other options in my small community, I would definitely use them and never go back in this store again. In fact it may be worth driving 60 miles

And if you have any other need, like picking up printed material, good luck finding anyone to help (if someone does show up, they are not cross trained for the print services area).
