- AGAnnan Gross5 days ago3.0Staff are friendly and helpful. The sign for lobby hours is misleading! I arrived Saturday at 6:40pm to retrieve mail from my mail box and the doors were locked already. This place needs to have overnight access like many other post office mail box locations do. It is 2026. You have security cameras and a police department down the street. Fail.

Rob is a very nice and respectful USPS worker at the counter, all the workers there are good ppl and this is one of the best postal offices I ever dealt it . Kudos to the USPS staff of Mason City!
