- ECEmily CarrierDec 18, 20251.0Mason City's Staples is extremely understaffed. The amazon return lines are always a zoo, where I have been repeated ignored or treated rudely. And if you have any other need, like picking up printed material, good luck finding anyone to help (if someone does show up, they are not cross trained for the print services area). In addition to extremely poor customer service, the quality of my printed Christmas cards was poor - the images were dark and grainy on two separate occasions (photos being from a professional photographer and my iPhone). Overall I just need to plan ahead and get my cards printed online for honestly about the same price.
