She has blatantly reported exaggerated dimensions contrary to the dimensions on the Uline Boxes stamped on the bottom Flap for all to see! These are large boxes and I've gotten Billed 4 Times in a row now for an extra $5.00 each, due to her lying about the dimensions inflating them several inches larger than the actual size of the boxes. I've lost $20. or more in overcharges. I've switched my business over to FedEx for the past couple months now and I will continue to cost them Hundreds in lost postage in return for cheating me on the box sizes. The average shipping costs I'm being charged is $40.00 or more on shipments that are only $35.00. How much Business do you want to continue to lose by allowing this employee to cheat customers on the dimensions of the boxes? I will eventually Sue this Store in a Class Action Lawsuit if this cheating garbage continues. But for now I don't even trust them anymore to chance allowing them to continue this practice! Get rid of this person now or continue to lose hundreds every month in lost Business! I never had a single problem with this store for many years until this girl started working there about a year ago.
