I hope anyone out in the Marion area never orders a package you have to sign for because even if you are home and waiting for the package to show up, they will just leave a note on your door and dip- no knock or anything. Also, if you try to get in contact with them, you can’t because their entire phone system is completely automated and forcing you to use their online platforms. Today is about my third horrible experience I’ve had using the Marion USPS service from poor customer service at their main building to a poor experience with delivery. I would rather pay extra to get packages through Fed Ex or any other delivery service than the absolute run around that I get from USPS any time I order anything online.

Every time I go to this location I've had exceedingly good customer service. Even when we moved away and I accidentally shipped a package to our old house.

My son received a letter in the mail and it was destroyed. Ripped open like someone had taken out what was put in it, which was a ring. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. And he very upset. SO wish your mail carriers would take more care with something that isn't theirs.
