- IMIngrid MartinsonOct 31, 20251.0I hope anyone out in the Marion area never orders a package you have to sign for because even if you are home and waiting for the package to show up, they will just leave a note on your door and dip- no knock or anything. Also, if you try to get in contact with them, you can’t because their entire phone system is completely automated and forcing you to use their online platforms. Today is about my third horrible experience I’ve had using the Marion USPS service from poor customer service at their main building to a poor experience with delivery. I would rather pay extra to get packages through Fed Ex or any other delivery service than the absolute run around that I get from USPS any time I order anything online.

They refuse to deliver mail on time, will send "last notice" for items we never received a first notice for, and remove items from our box and take back to the post office where we're required to go and get. Absolutley absurd and such a waste of government spending.
