Complete disaster. They failed to deliver important documents on time. I've had several documents lost by these people. They don't update their tracking.

So I send out my package from this post office. Tracking showed it got to Austin, TX, in transit but is going to arrive late. Time goes by and the package never gets there. I called customer service they could tell me anything. I called EVERYDAY with no change in information. 5 weeks go by and I get an envelope in the mail stating I need to call this post office. I called and was told that the postage came off and I needed to bring in the receipt to prove I paid for postage if I wanted to resend it. After WEEKS of it being lost, you think I have the receipt. I was also asked if I was sure I used their office and why. BECAUSE I WAS IN TOWN AND FOOLISHLY THOUGHT YOU WOULD KNOW HOW PUT A STICKER ON A BOX. I send my kids to pick up the package with the note they left in my mailbox, because I was stuck on bedrest after being in the hospital and they wouldn't release the package to them. When the thing had my name and return address still on the box. When I asked about a refund of my money I was told don't worry about I will handle it and call you back. THAT WAS ALSO A MONTH AGO. JUST PAY TO SHIP UPS OR FEDEX USPS IS TRASH!!
