The mail service is horrible... The neighbors and I get each other's mail, I do not receive my packages when I track the numbers it tells me that it had been delivered

Very dissatisfied with mail delivery in the town of Lenox, she doesn't know how to close a mailbox as we find it open alot and mail gets wet.
