With the exception of a few isolated cases, I do not believe all the negative reviews are warranted. Understand their frustation with the system provided to them, and the lack of help they get. Most of the employees there work incredibly hard and deserve recognition and respect.

I understand perfectly that mail people must be careful about dogs and I do understand that they sometimes have traumatic experiences. But walking into my garage and screaming at us because my (very friendly and well tempered) GSD was walking inside from going potty WITH MY BF AND I, completely ignoring the mail man. She was inside by the door as he tried crossing our yard by stepping a bit into our garage because the cars are parked close together in the driveway. “GET THAT THING AWAY FROM ME!!” As she sits and stares at him 😑 completely unnecessary. Have had this happen three times already. 100% understand that this breed is intimating, but this is ridiculous. This is her home. This is our home. I hate being screamed at for things my dog does not do. Understand that others may not have dogs that can ignore the mail people, but never had a good experience with this mail place everyone is rude.
