They opened my mail that had been delivered to my PO box because there was postage due.
An old woman working the front desk got frustrated because I had lots of small packages delivered to my PO Box. She asked me what was inside one of my packages without telling me why she needed to know; I explained that I know what I ordered, but I don’t know what package contains which item due to receiving multiple packages from the same vendor. She said “then we have to open it” and ripped open my package.
Inside was a book from eBay, but when she saw that the box it was shipped in was a USPS flat rate box turned inside out, she shouted “gotcha!” at me as if she made a huge bust. (I had no control over the shipper’s decision to use that box since it was from eBay). She then charged me for the box plus shipping.

There's an older lady (short gray bob haircut) that's on a power trip there. She's always incredibly rude and commanding. She goes out of her way to complain about how I do my packaging (though I've never had complaints all of these years from anyone else - ever- and my job is shipping). On about 20 of my shipments each day I'll actually over pay for shipping just to send something UPS instead of USPS just so I don't have to deal with her. There's a younger dark haired lady there that is the exact opposite: super friendly and so very nice. Just don't see her very often, which is a shame.

My mailman likes to “forget” to deliver our mail/packages all the time. We have caught him doing this more than once we confront him then he says “oh I didn’t know” you people want more money but yet some of you are not worth a penny. I want my mail/packages and I want my old mail lady back, she actually did her job!
