One name change should not have confused him, especially since there are also name cards inside the mailbox. This situation is particularly frustrating as I have a flight booked under my new last name. I was advised to contact the Department of Transportation to reclaim my license, but I’ve been informed that the process takes 30 days. This is not just inconvenient—it's unacceptable.
