  This location is never open at 8:am like they advertise. Edit: opened as soon as I posted review and the associate was super nice and apologetic updating from 1 star.

  TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. This store “forgot” to ship an item I dropped off nearly a week ago and proceeded to provide poor customer service and make excuses for themselves. I dropped off a large, framed photography print to be shipped for a Christmas gift on 12/16. I paid over $200 to ship with an estimated delivery date of 12/22, which would be before Christmas so I was willing to pay the high price. When looking at the tracking information for the item on 12/22 to provide my family a delivery window, I was horrified to see that it appeared the item had not shipped yet. I called the store hoping it was a mistake with the tracking info and discovered that they had not only not shipped the item, it was not even boxed up yet! The manager made excuses, saying it got missed because it was behind another box. I told him this was not acceptable and they needed to make it right. He told me he would call the owner and see what they could do and call me back in “30 minutes to an hour.” An hour and a half later, after still not receiving a call, I went into the store in person to resolve the issue. The manager told me he hadn’t “had a chance” to call the owner yet. He then did so at my request and they offered me $60 refund, which I declined. I told them I did not want a refund, I simply wanted my package there before Christmas, like I had originally paid for. Despite the manager making continued excuses about how they have been busy and it just got missed, he and the owner agreed to ship the package 2 day shipping and pay the difference with a delivery date of 12/24. The manager told me he would email me an updated tracking number later in the day. I should have never left the store without the tracking number. This was around 3pm. At 4:45pm, we still had not received a tracking number, so my husband went back to the store to check and make sure this got done. He waited in line to speak to the manager, who said that he hadn’t gotten to it yet and needed to help the other customers in line before he would do it. My husband had already waited in a long line to be helped so this was an absurd thing to be told. After they worked the line down, the manager asked another question employee to complete the shipping info and provide the tracking. My husband had to wait at the store for over an hour only to find out the task didn’t even require a manager to complete it, and the manager continued to make excuses about how the package just got “missed” and stated “even the owner missed it.” The tracking number was finally completed close to 6pm. My husband double checked to make sure the package would be delivered by Christmas Eve due to the label not being printed timely and the manager said yes, because they pick up at 6:15. It is likely that if we had not persisted, the package again would not have been mailed on time. I requested a call from the owner to discuss how poorly his manager handled this situation and was told that he is on vacation and can’t call me. We will see if the owner reaches out after his vacation. We will be using a different UPS location from now on.

  I use this UPS store for my occasional shipping needs. The man who typically helps me is amazing. He’s always smiling and is very kind and professional. He offers suggestions for the most economical shipping. The store is easily accessible and always a quick in and out. Outstanding service!!

  We had a Strange interaction, I asked how much notary service was and he laughed and said $300. I said ok and proceeded to leave. The bank does them at no cost if you a member so I was just going to head over there. He laughed again and said “Just kidding it’s $20” *Went to bank

  This is my first time using this location. And they wanted to charge me $2 for 1 piece of clear packing tape. I've had a much better experience at the UPS store on 100th street.
