- JWJohnie WarnerJul 22, 20241.0I've moved here in April 2024. I put in a change of address 2 weeks before I was to move to Iowa Falls from Des Moines. I am enrolled in informed delivery and have never had any problems with it in the 6 years I have been enrolled in it. I even got all my mail in my mail box when I moved into my apartment in Iowa Falls. After several weeks my informed delivery mail wasn't delivered at all. And talking to the employees at the post office was no help. I'm contacting the Inspector General and postmaster to request a investigation of it. I believe the employees that work there we're hired through a temporary service.
