Explain to me why a vehicle from USPS pulled up to the mailbox at 520p, proceeded to sit and play on her phone for 15 minutes and didn't deliver any mail. Im STILL waiting on this package and is now Tuesday. Livid is an understatement. How lazy. I will escalate this every way possible.

Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I would go to any other post office but this one. The service for other customers while we were there was very slow and not friendly. They do not value customer service whatsoever.

Missed it the 3rd day because I had to work. Scheduled redelivery for Saturday, no one showed up. Went into this place Monday to pick it up after talking to customer service bot and was told that a supervisor needed to find where it was and they will call me back. I paid money to have my live plants expedited so they won’t get damaged or cold. Going on 5 days when it was supposed to be 2. Not happy at all.
